What are Reward Points?

Reward points are given to you by Prettyheads.com to say "thank you" for shopping with us.  You collect reward points everytime you make a purchase from Prettyheads.com online store and you can spend them on gift purchases from the the Prettyheads.com store.

How many points do I earn?

For every £1 you spend in store, you will earn 5 Reward Points.  Each point is equivalent to 1p and your rewards soon add up.  When you register with us, you will be given 250 Reward Points as an extra special thankyou. That's £2.50 to spend straight away.

Can I cash in my Reward Points?

No, the reward points have no cash-in value, they can only be used as part payment of gifts bought via the Prettyheads.com online store.

Is there a minimum order value for using Reward Points?

Yes.  You must spend a minimum of £10 to redeem your reward points.

How can I spend my Reward Points?

You can spend your reward points on all purchases over £10.  After this, you can only spend your reward points in multiples of 10, rounded down to the next £10.  So for example, if you have 33 reward points, you can only spend £30 worth of reward points in any one transaction.  If you have 40 reward points, then this will also be rounded down to the next £10, so you will still only be able to spend £30 worth of your reward points.

How can I see how many Reward Points I have?

Simply log in to the system using your email address and password and click on the "My account" link.  Then click the Rewards Points tab and you will see the number of points you currently have, what they are worth in spend value and a summary of how your points have been earned and spent.

How do I use my Reward Points?

When you are purchasing from the store go to the Basket and above the products in the basket you will see a statement of how many reward points you have and what they are worth in spend value.
If you do not see this summary then login using your email address and password, or if you haven't yet registered as a customer then do that and return to the basket page.

Tick the tick box next to the Rewards Points summary and the spend value of your points will be deducted from your order total.

If you have more points spend value than the order total, your points will just be reduced by the order total and your remaining points will be viewable in the My account area.
